Order processing

We ship your order within 1-2 days of order date unless otherwise stated on our top notification bar. Orders placed on weekends and some holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is approximately 7-15 business days from the date the order is shipped. Deliveries will be made Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays).

You must ensure to be present at the address to receive the goods. A signature will be required when you receive the item.

Order tracking

You will receive an email with shipping information and tracking number once your order ships. Please note that you may receive this communication in your email platform’s junk folder. If you have any other problems, please email or call us.

Shipping cost

$6.99 for all orders.

Address is incorrect

Please ensure that the delivery address you provide us is correct. We cannot be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If we need to change your order or delivery address, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you, but we cannot guarantee that adjustments can be made after an order has been placed.

Change and cancel orders

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after processing your order.

Package is lost or damaged

We will take special care to ensure that your order arrives in the best condition. If your order is damaged, we are sorry. Please email or call us with a photo of the damaged item, order number, product code, and any other information you may have about your customer’s order so we can Solve this problem quickly.
