Conditions for returning orders

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

For Goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Your item must be in its original packaging.

Your item requires a receipt or proof of purchase

You need to have pictures and videos recording the status of your order.

How to initiate a refund

Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.

Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization.

Return shipping

In case the error is due to you or due to personal needs, you will have to bear all shipping costs when returning and this cost will not be refunded.

In case of technical errors or errors caused by the store, we will bear shipping costs for you.

Order cancellation time

Please contact our Customer Service Team at support@ fritsch.store as soon as possible, if you would like to change the size, edit payment and delivery details. We will do our best to accommodate your changes.

All orders are subject to cancellation until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we are sorry for this. Please contact us to report the issue and arrange a replacement or refund. You must attach a photo and open the video.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund or exchange. But if 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange the item.

You have completed all valid payments for that product

The product is unused and intact, not damaged due to your fault

Refund process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund to your original payment method.

Refunds will include the purchase price of the item(s) less any shipping fees, discounts or promotions applied at the time of purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account and contact your credit card company; It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
